After clicking the Start Test button above, you will be taken to the scan page. On the scan page, a security bar may appear with the following message:

Click on the security bar to display a drop-down menu. From the drop-down menu select Install ActiveX Control... to download the ActiveX control.

Click the Install button when an Internet Explorer - Security Warning pop-up appears.
